Here are a few statistics for November:
* 16 homes closed escrow during the month.
* 193 homes closed year-to-date (about a 5% increase over the same period in 2009).
* Average price per square foot for single family homes is $690 (down about 3.5% from 2009).
* The mean average sale was $2,183,000.
* The median average sale was $1,497,000.
* Homes are taking an average of 70 days to sell (down from 99 over the same period in 2009).
